NG15 & Symantec System Recovery vs Windows 10 ??

Earlier this month Norton sent out an email announcing that "Your updated Norton software will be 100% compatible with Windows 10."  Win10 is scheduled for official release on  7-29-2015, and I seriously doubt that Norton Ghost 15 will be compatible with Win10, since it doesn't work now with Win8.

So, last week I spoke by phone with both a tech rep and a sales rep at Symantec and asked them whether SSR will be compatible with Win10?    Their answers were non-committal, saying they did not know, "but it [SSR] might be."  They also claimed ignorance about any possible ongoing project or plans to make SSR compatible with Win10.  Such inept customer support we don't need, and their responses and dismissive demeanor are an accurate reflection of Symantec's support of SSR for the home PC user/customer: we are looked upon as odorous and annoying rodents (or perhaps it's just about me).
