Erstens ist es eine Umverschämtheit dass man niemanden erreichen kann uns und Über sollte asi Foren nach Lösungen suchen soll, wofür zahle ich bitte Geld.

Das ist da letzte mal dass ich Norton gekauft habe und nimmer Tschüss, ich habe sozusagen geld ruasgeschmissen. 

ich habe abgelaufene Produkte, habe zuvor deinstalliert, dann eine Verlängerung gekauft und nuuuuuu ja nuuu kann nichts mehr herunterladen obwohl in der Historie steht dass ich bis vor paar tagen mir die Lizenz mit Produktschlüssel abgelaufen ist.

 

die 29 € kann sich Norton ..., ich suche mir gleich ein anderes Produkt aus, davon gibt es genug auf dem markt.

Tut mir leid, dass Du so veraergert bist, ich habe Deinen Beitrag aus dem Englischen Forum Norton Security hierher verschoben, damit Du eine Chance auf deutsche Antworten anderer erfahrener Anwender hast.

Welches Produkt war abgelaufen?

.. wie 20750065 schon sagt, der Norton Live Chat Support ist eigendlich immer fuer Dich da:

8:00 - 20:00 Uhr (Montag bis Freitag) für Kunden mit gültigem Abonnement für dieses Produkt an.
Außerhalb dieser Öffnungszeiten und an Wochenenden können Sie unsere englischsprachigen Mitarbeiter über Chat auf Deutsch kontaktieren, die zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfragen ein Übersetzungstool verwenden.

Hi,

what problem did you have? Seems that you had problem downloading and/or installing Norton Security, according to Google Translate.

I have expired products, have previously uninstalled, then bought an extension and nuuuuuu nuuu can download nothing more although in the history stands that I have until a few days ago the license with product key has expired.

If so, what's the program name you installed BEFORE you tried to install Norton product? Avast, Avira, AVG?

Whatever, this KB (re antivirus uninstallers) should help you out. After that, you read this page if your issue continues. And, do not forget to check your browser settings when it comes Avira (2017), and/or McAfee. Because the express installation would make changes to your web tools as well.

And, if you're using a Mac computer, plz read this troubleshooting page to rid of those Mac version of security program once and for all.
