OK. So you wanna add a Log-in to the list manually. This unfortunately not possible (don't know why... Symantec didn't add that feature in to NIS, maybe in the next one - I asked this feature by the 2008 version beta test too :P).
You can add only the logins to the list by "adding" them when the pop-up shows.
Why didn't it load on the page by your log-out? Maybe the site is not made with all the web standards (so not valid code). I came into some sites which making the same thing, you can't do anything with it. But if you go to the exact adresse NIS saved it will (or should :P) fill the log-ins to the form.
