NIS 09 always (falsely) detectes Spyware.NetMama

Hello everyone,

i've got some huge problem with Norton Internet Security 2009. Since about two days Norton detects Spyware.NetMama everytime I  reboot my PC (Windows XP SP3). Normally this would not be the problem, but from this point forward system mode ccSvcHst.exe will need around 50% of the CPU. To fix the problem I already tried following things:

- complete system scan
- complete system scan in safe mode
- updated definitions files various times
- tried the 1-click support
- completely uninstalled (using Norton Removal Tool) und reinstalled NIS
- excluded Spyware.Netmama in NIS' options

Nothing seems to help. I also tried restarting after all steps taken (I had to, of course). I've also read

http://www.symantec.com/de/de/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2006-070311-0619-99&tabid=

and the removal guide at the same page but the problem stays alive. From the link above I also checked my system for the files and registry entries. I found none of them.

Any help for this?

Kind regards,
Daniel Fuchs
