Hi.
I like the NIS Help Facility, which is Cloud based, since product Help data can be updated on the fly.
However, being Cloud based, it has limitations. For example.
1) The page has to load and be rendered - causing additional wait time.
2) How can you access the Help, if you are disconnected from the Internet?
There is one more annoying thing - if I visit the same help web page, I am asked to participate in a survey. I decline and the next visit to the same Help website - it reappears. Yaaaah!
