I ran MicrosoftFixit.IEAddOn.Run. It reported that 2 Norton Add-On should be disabled, since they slow IE8 start up?
1) Disable Norton Tool Bar ( Takes 0.753 ) seconds to load )
2) Disable vulnerability Protection ( Takes 0.539 seconds to load )
Is there a conflict? Has any One seen this before?
