I updated to the latest NIS version through the regular LiveUpdate download and get a similar LiveUpdate error message as others in this forum: 'Failed to Complete; Failed to check for some updates.' Then, when I run More Info,support hangs during 'Loading,' right after 'Registering Contols.' This also happens when I go straight to One Click Support. I'm also on the road so I can't get to live support for a while.
Until there is a solution, I suppose I should use the Intelligent Updater daily- that includes spyware definitions too, right?
