Once again, NIS 2011 is not showing up in Windows 7 (Ultimate 64-bit, SP1) Action Center (no firewall, no virus protection, no spyware protection). This started just after the update to 18.6 from 18.5 but before the Windows Patch Tuesday patches. So, no finger-pointing, could be either Windows or NIS (timing does not look good for Norton), but this needs to be fixed. I had this happen several times with 18.5 and the only solution was to reinstall 18.5. I need to reinstall 18.6, but it’s not on the link yet.
