I previously reported this to Norton under Incident 506302620 and was told to download a new version of NIS which I did. It has not fixed the problem of excessive CPU usage by CCSVCHST.EXE.For the last 4 hours CCSVCHST.EXE has taken more than 50% of CPU time. It is overworking the cooling fan on my Dell Laptop and slowing it down considerably. SO what is the fix for this?
