NIS 19.2: Signatures to exclude from all detections did not work

Signatures to exclude from all detections did not work.

I added WS.Reputation.1 signature in exclusions list and after that I downloaded a file that regognized as malware by signature WS.Reputation.1

 

Why it did not work?

PS Can you remove or greatly update that signature? For now it is like a nail on chair - many false positives - after downloading during installing and using such recognized software works without any Norton's limitations and works fine.

Another two files recognized as WS.Reputation.1 and removed but that WS.Reputation.1 is in Signature Exclusions list.

 

Why Norton did not working normally?

No answer...
