NIS 19.5: Signature Exclusions List is not working

NIS 19.5.0.145: Signature exclusions list is not working:

So Exlcuded from scan signature is using to detect and remove files. How to prevent annoying WS.Reputaion.1 detection signature? If normal/standard method is not working in Norton 19.5 (19.2 also).
