NIS 20.1.1.2 (ccSvchst) not responding on log off or shut down

I recently updated to 20.1.1.2 from the latest 19 version. Now when logging off or shutting down the computer often gives us the message that ccSvchst is not responding and we have to end now. This never happened with the old versions. Is this an issue that is being looked into?

 

I am running a computer with WinXP SP3

Hey me too!

 

Pentium 4, 3 GHz, running Win XP SP3 and I'm getting the same error when I shut down, but not always.

 

However, I'm still on 19.9.0.9.
