So, has the toolbar been updated for FF19? I have NIS 20.2.0.19 and have tried several updates (and rebooted) but the toolbar still hasn't been updated to the latest version (I checked the update history, and no update there, just the standard stuff like virus definitions and such). Does it take a bit of time to update depending on what you have?
Just to be sure, checking the Add-Ons, I'm still on Toolbar version 2013.2.4.2
