Every time I do a Full Reputation Scan and then click to view the files based on the reputation, for example, from the less reliable to the more reliable files, I get a Windows pop-up saying that that there is a error in the application and suggest me to click on the "Close" button in order to find solutions.
Whether I close the pop-up by clicking on the "X" or on the "close" button, NIS crash, the icon in the tray disappears and I can not use NIS.
To make the icon reappear, I must log-off from Windows and when I login again, the tray icon appears back and NIS back.
The same issue occurs when I use the same procedure on "Application rating"
I do not use very often these two functions, but every time I use them, I have the same issue, I have to log-off and login back to Winnows and NIS returns to works. This problem is very frustrating and I am not able to sort-out the problem.
In the past I also uninstalled NIS and used NRT but the problem still remain unsolved.
I kindly ask you any help to solve the matter.

Specs: Windows 8 pro 32bit, NIS 2013 20.2.0.19 - all drivers and software are up to date -
