This is with windows 7 and 8 64 bit. After logging off or rebooting the system. Run get support. Does it autofix everytime the installation repair? And does not say for what? I have uninstalled Norton and even ran the removal tool after. I can repeat this problem on 2 different machines. One being windows 7 and other windows 8. Both 64 bit. I can also duplicate this problem with the latest new version that is out if you ask for it.
