This may happen if the firewall block you from accessing the wireless network. You can check this by disabling the Personal firewall and then try to connect to the wireless network.

If you are able to access it after disabling the firewall, then try the following steps.

Open Norton product, One the left pane >Options> Norton Internet Security Options.

One the left pane of the new window, click on Personal firewall and then click on Trust Control.

Now on the Right pane, click on the Active tab.

Under Active tab, select the wireless network and then click on the Trust tab under the same Active tab.

Check "allow all network activities"

Apply ,Ok

Then check whether you are able to access it.

If you know what Port you Wireless Connection uses you can Allow that too.  To do this, under the Advanced Settings of Personal Firewall: Configure >  Add > Allow > Connections to and from other computers > Any computer > From the list, select what protocol you want to Allow and then select "only communications that match all types of ports listed below" > Add >  "Individually specified ports", then add the Port in the space below and then click "Ok" > Then click "Next" > If you want to be notified each time this Allows the Port, Check the box > Next > Add the Rule Name you want > That is you done.
