I've tried this several times, and the same thing happens. The program exits when I "X" out of the HELP window. When I click on the desktop icon, the hour glass cursor appears for a couple seconds, but nothing happens. Task Manager shows NIS 2009 is running, and CPU usage is only 1%. The rest of my system works fine. I have to reboot in order to relaunch NIS2009.
When I reboot, I get the One Click Support window telling me to reboot, which is kinda useless because I already rebooted. (There's another option in case reboot didn't work.) Also, the One Click Support window can NOT be resized (a common problem with Symantec windows) so I have to use the scroll bars at the bottom and side to read the window.
QUESTION 1: Anybody else have this happen when they exit HELP?
QUESTION 2: I noticed this when I went into Settings and noticed "Limit Data Extraction". I didn't know what that meant so I went into HELP. What does "Limit Data Extraction" mean?
Thanks in advance!
