NIS 2009 16.5.0.135 forgot 1 activation (5user-licence), 1 licence lost?

Hello,

1. I have bought a 5-user licence from Norton Internet Security 2009 a few days ago. I have installed on two different computers, other 3 licences not yet used (but I will use them in the next days). I had on one computer today that Norton Internet Security 2009 16.5.0.135 said that the trial-period was expired, I believe that it forgot the licences/files were corrupt, as I had yesterday a few cluster-errors on that harddisc, but could fix that (without a new harddisc, remained the same, scandisc fixed it!). As I had to select "Activate now" then, it reactivated the program automatically and everything works fine.

However has this influenced in any way the number of licences, might it have dropped 1 licence? It is still the same computer, no hardware changes. As I made a screenshot of the licence after the first activation, and can compare now, Norton still has the exact same End Point ID, Current SKU, Family SKU and Media SKU on that computer.

2. As I will install the other 3 licences in a few days, will those licences start counting down from 365/366 at the moment when they get installed, or do they start counting from the day when the 5-user-licence was activated on the first computer (lets say for example at 358)?

Thank you for your support.
