I have NSW 12/2009 and NIS 2009, purchased as a set in the same blooming box and they have a major collision of interest!
In NIS, LiveUpdate runs fine, I think, altho it shows not a blippping thing about what it's doing or what it's updating, but it makes no complaints and I seem to be getting updated virus definitions.
In NSW, LiveUpdate runs fine thru the point of downloading the updates (and it still has the courtesy to show what it's doing to what)--but when it tries to install the updates, I get an assortment of error messages about "does not understand how to update" and "a program in the update failed to run". So I am definitely not getting everything updated for NSW.
Does anyone (hint, hint, Moderator!) have any idea how to stop these two programs from colliding and get on with the job?
