After upgrading from NIS 2008 to NIS 2009 I can no longer assign any key combinations (like Shft+F8 or Ctrl+F10) to programs (right click on properties in Explorer under Shortcut keys). The only thing appearing is something like + +. The old assigments I did before upgrading seem to be working though.
The same thing happens to hotkey assignments within programs, e.g. XNews, Maxthon or even Winamp. In Winamp all kinds of weird codes appear on the place where one could normally put in key combinations, e.g. + + 0x14F0000 (under Options | Preferences | Global Hotkeys).
Anyone more with the same problem? Hope someone can help, because cannot access the help pages, seems that NIS is not supporting Flash10.
