It was cancellable when I did it; and I was told that it was restartable from the point it stopped at.
However, what isn't clear is what entries you want it to scan. Supposedly it is looking for addresses that are safe and it should be looked only at sent mail (what else can you guarantee is easy close to safe for your computer).
I have no idea if this is really accurate, but the design of the process seemed lame to me.
Hi,
We have identified the issue and will address it in a future fix.
Thank you for identifying the problem.

Honestly speaking I stopped using Outlook years ago. Web based email is so much safer. Just log into Yahoo homepage and there it is.
Some of us prefer Outlook and will be happy to see a future fix to this issue.
Just to clarify -- was it with Outlook or with Outlook Express?
When you installed NIS2009 did you install it on top of the existing NIS2008 or did you uninstall NIS2008 as often recommended and make a clean install of NIS2009?
I'm asking this because as you can see from my message just now in another thread I've just installed NIS2009 on top of my NIS2008 and it took over all the existing white and black list entries for spam and did not ask for any training.
