As I turned on my desktop today, I noticed Norton gave a message saying that my definition update is 5 days old. When I click on “Run Liveupdate”, there is a red X next to check for updates with a status of “fail to complete” next to it. Above it is the error message “Unable to connect to the Norton Liveupdate server. Please check your internet connection”. However, I’m able to connect to the internet and surf the web without any problem. I double check with another computer at home and it encountered the same problem too. Any help or feed back is greatly appreciated!!! I’m running on version 16.0.0.125 btw.
