NIS 2009 ccsvcHst.exe High cpu usage after running LiveUpdate

hi

I have never been able to run LiveUpdate or anyother updates from NIS. 

ccsvcHst.exe  will use the CPU 99% and the whole PC hangs.

 

Is there any fixes for this issues ?
