NIS 2009 Conflicts with G15 Keyboard Profiler

I am experiencing exactly what this guy is experiencing and it is only happening after Norton Internet Security 2009.

Here is an image of my issue


As you can see when I assign a keystroke nothing comes out, When I press CTRL it gives me a + sign.

As you can see I assigned G1,G2, A key yet it shows blank


After uninstalling as you can see it is working fine
