Booted up my PC today (PC#3 in this thread) and found that NIS 2009 Anti-spam was no longer integrated into my Outlook 2003 client. When I asked it to re-integrate, there was no "Blocked List". This has happened 5 or 6 times since NIS 2009 was installed. There are no erors or warnings in Event Viewer today, or yesterday. System specs are given below.
- Is this a known issue?
- Is there a fix from Norton?
- Is a fix in process?
- The "Blocked List" must be stored somewhere. Can I get at it and restore it? Can I periodically back it up as a workaround to NIS losing its integration?
If NIS 2009 cannot retain its Blocked List for me, any anti-spam feature benefits it has vs. competition are worthless.
