NIS 2009 Finding "Trojans" on files and drives that no lionger exists?

My NIS2009 keeps telling me that I have a trojan it found in 2 locations, One is "D:\Audio-Video Codecs\elecard h.264 decoder.rar" and the other is "P:\ elecard h.264 decoder.rar" The first path is Valid except for the "Patch.exe" file the NIS is refering to in the rar file and the second path never existed While P:\ did that rar was never there. Since then I have formatted P:\ since there was nothing on it anyway and have yet to re-up it to my network (both were network drives) but norton is still saying that I have those errors/risks. In the option drop down box provided it has "Get Help" and "Rescan" re-scan won't help because it just refreshes that listing with the same info and "get Help" opens nortons website. I would like to find out how I can get rid of that annoying thing, When I first got this program, in december i think it was, It found a problem with this very file, I Fixed it and rescanned it to find nothing. Since then that file hasn't been touched because it is for when I reformat my desktop of which I haven't done since, but now all of a suddon I have this find. does anyone know of what I can do?
