I went to one of my PC forums and received a warning from NIS concerning a "HTTP Fake Scan Webpage" alert  (see http://www.symantec.com/business/security_response/attacksignatures/detail.jsp?asid=23005 ) and the page was blocked. I have been surfing to this forum/page for 3 or 4 years without incident. All other pages from the forum appear normally. This is a false positive because this is a legitimate PC help forum. Downloading various security apps are required to repair the kinds problems that show up on this page.

My question is, how do I fix this in NIS 2009? Is there a way to whitelist certain webpages?

I found my answer! Like the others in this thread, I run Ad Muncher. It appears there is a fix coming within the next day or two...  (see posts 48-50)
