NIS2009 on both my machines is working flawlessly - this machine running Vista Business x64, and the other machine running Vista Business x86.

If you have already done this and they could not resolve your issue, please let us know. If this is the case, please provide as many details as possible. The version of Norton SystemWorks would be helpful, as well as the Service Pack of Vista. Any additional information or screenshot would help us figure out the cause of this problem. Did you have the NIS 2009 Beta installed? Thanks!

I would use the AutoFix Tool first before contacting Support to see if this Fixes anything.  This can be located in the “? Help & Support” on the top-right-hand-corner of the U.I…
