NIS 2009 -- How Do I Reposition the AntiVirus Toolbar in Outlook 2003?

I want to relocate the NIS 2009 AntiVirus Toolbar in Outlook 2003. I've tried moving it to the same line as my standard tool bar, put it at the bottom of the screen, put it above the standard toolbar, etc. However, when I exit Outlook and restart it, the AntiVirus toolbar always returns to its original position, as a second line just below the standard toolbar.

It's annoying for two reasons:

1) The AntiVirus toolbar takes up space that otherwise would be devoted to the message (not a big deal, admittedly, except on my laptop, which has a small screen and thus every bit of screen is precious).

2) The large "This is Spam"  button is just below the delete "X" on the standard toolbar, and a slip of the mouse will designate a messages from that sender as spam rather than deleting it, forcing me to waste time undoing the mistake. I did rearrange my standard toolbar and moved the delete "X" toward the right end, but nonetheless, it's a pain.

Does anyone know how to move the NIS 2009 AntiVirus Toolbar and make it stay put?

If this can't be done, then it's something that Symantec should fix. I like to arrange my screen my way, not be told where things have to be by some software engineer.

Thanks in advance.
