Is there any way of editing the URL that Identity Safe saves for a new login? It seems that all URLs are stored in lower case, which normally isn't a problem. However, I have one particular URL (https://www.talktalk.co.uk/portal/servlet/gben-portal-home-Home) where the last part "Home" has an upper case H. Identity Safe saves this as https://www.talktalk.co.uk/portal/servlet/gben-portal-home-home (note the lower case "home" at the end), which is a different URL to the one I want and so does not go to the required web page!
I've tried right-clicking on the URL in the Details box on the NIS 2009 Manage Log-ins page, but it wont let me edit the URL. Does anyone know if there is a way round this please? If not, could Symantec provide a live update for NIS 2009 that either allows these URLs to be edited or, preferably, saves the URL exactly as it is (including any upper case characters)?
Many thanks,
Geoff
