NIS 2009 Identity Safe won’t allow manual add

I can't add my login to Yahoo mail.

 Norton's popup window does not appear when I go to the site.

Other sites autofills work fine. 

I tried SendOfJive’s solution, but Autofill exclusion shows: "There are no Autofill exclusions defined"

 I'm using IE 8.0.7600, Windows 7 with NIS 2009 V.16.7.2.11 

Any suggestions?
