Ever since installing NIS2009, when I use my IE7 and come to a login screen, IE asks me if I want to keep my user name and password - I select NO. I went to Internet Properties>Content Tab and see that "Use Auto Complete for > user name and passwords on forms is checked.
I never checked this, and I unchecked it - it stays that way until I reboot or restart and then it gets rechecked. The only thing that has changed on my computer is uninstalling NIS2008 and installing NIS2009.
I do not use Identity Safe (it is still turned on, but I told it not to bug me anymore when it first came up within IE7 at a login screen).
Are the two related? How do I keep NIS2009 from changing this Auto Compete area?
NIS2008 had the Identity Safe feature, but I never had this problem with it.
Running XP ProSP2 - all updates (except to SP3)
IE7
NIS 2009 ver 16.2 (so far no update to 16.5 received)
Thanks
