Just updated to NIS 2009 and noted that one log in will not show in the drop down identity safe on the norton toolbar. It is evident in the manage log-ins box. Even if it is deleted and restored it will not show. After restoring it will auto fill the password etc if you go to the relevant web page, but after you log out of identity safe and log back in it will not even auto fill when you go back to the web page.
I am on windows Vista home premium SP1 with IE8. All other areas of norton work OK.
My Father has the same problem with a different log in for a different web site. He is on windows XP with IE8.
I note similar problems have been logged on other threads previously, so hope a solution is available.
Can anyone assist?
