Ok,
here's my question:
If I'm turning off NIS - r.g. if I want to run another av-programm like MBAM or RKR to check my system - I do a right click on the symbol in my task list "Turn Auto-Protect off" and after that I turn off Anti-Spyware separately. I check the upcoming box, that Norton should be active again on the next reboot.
Ok, I'm runnin' the scan - evreything's fine - and reboot.
Now Norton messing up some things:
For example: Anti-Virus has been set active again, but not the added protection (third in the list at Computer) ?
If I do another reboot everything is fine again: Anti-Virus & Added protection are ok and I have to turn on the Anti-Spyware protection separately - like I did it as I've turned the functions off.
And no, I have no malware.
Here's a list of programs I've runned to check this:
- Norton Full Scan
- Kaspersky Full Scan - Online
- TrendMicro HouseCall - Online (Full Scan)
- Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware 1.34 (On-Demand)
- HiJackThis! 2.0.2
- Spybot Search & Destroy 1.62
- RootkitRevealer 1.7.1
Every tool has got the latest updates before the scan.
Unfortunenately I did not found any match to my problem in the forum....
So, please help me! I appreciate this so much...!
