NIS 2009 Not loading at all (post Firefox 3.5 update)

Hi,

I noticed this about 20 minutes ago, my NIS 2009 is not running, and when I rebooted, it did not start. I tried running LiveUpdate from the start menu, but to no avail. What do I do now?
