NIS 2009 Right Click Context Menu Scan for 64bit Vista

Those of us using Windows Vista 64-bit are aware that the right click option to custom scan via a context menu entry is not available. And there is a work around using the send to menu. I have read from some symantec employees that adding the right click option is not done easily in Vista 64bit.

However, there is an instance of the right click context option available in Vista 64 bit already - if you are saving a picture or a file from the internet - the dialog box "save to" triggers a right click option to "Scan with Norton Internet Security" in the file browser. From that window you are able to negotiate throughout your computer with the context menu option available.

So my question to the Symantec employees, is why if it already exists in some form in 64bit - would it be so hard to add it to the normal  file browser window in Vista 64 bit?
