I have noticed that NIS 2009 scan takes longer than NIS 2008 did.
I have a full system scan scheduled to run once a week and Scan Performance profiles is set to Standart Trust.
Even so it takes about 1h18min with NIS 2009.
It took only 1h for the full system scan with NIS 2008 - 3 weeks ago.
When I checked the details after the scan, I saw that out of about 430.000 files only about 1800 are designated as trusted and 230 files were skipped.
When I open Norton Insight via the main window it says 91% trusted.
I thought with Norton Insight, NIS 2009 scan should be faster than the older version.
I would appreciate any help.
