I am configuring NIS 2009 Spam filtering and having a strange time in Outlook 2003. After configuring, I sent a message to myself and it was routed to the Spam folder. I selected the email and clicked on the "This Is Not Spam" button. The email was moved to the inbox. I restarted Outlook and sent another email to myself. It ended up in the Spam folder. I cannot get out of this loop and the filtering does not seem to work. Since Outlook Junk mail filtering is also active, you normally have to do some training so all the email ends up in the Norton Spam folder.....is there a conflict bug in Outlook 2003 implementing NIS 2009 spam filitering?? Other ideas???
