NIS 2009 to NIS2010 Error message.

I have just upgraded from NIS 2009 to NIS2010 but i get this coming up.......

 

Module 3040

Error    20007

 

when i try to run a live update.   

 

XP SP3

 

also have  255 days of subscription left.
