NIS 2010 (17.1.0.19) SONAR quarantined scp from the openssh package of cygwin 1.7 beta

Hi!

I have a problem with NIS 2010 putting scp from openssh in cygwin 1.7 beta in quarantine. Other files from cygwin are also affected.

Info:

File: scp.exe

File length: 50702

md5sum: ccf53b9d4c421d383afa081ced5a68a1

OS: Windows 7 32-bit

It also prompted me to reboot, which is annoying. There are more files than this one from cygwin 1.7 that triggers SONAR, so maybe you can have a look at cygwin 1.7 beta and see if it's something they do that make them look suspicous?

I tried the file with virustotal.com and 1/41 thought it was a virus.  "McAfee-GW-Edition"  said it was "Heuristic.BehavesLike.Win32.Backdoor.L" (regular McAfee detected nothing). This leads me to believe it's a false positive.

What I would be able to do is to run cygwin without having to reboot every now and then. Are there some settings I can do that works around this? Do I need to disable SONAR?
