NIS 2010 Action Required

Today while NIS 2010 was doing a background scan the following window popped up-

>ACTION REQUIRED<

[Norton Internet Security has detected threats that require your attention. RISK/High TITLE/Trojan.Dropper STATUS/Remove Failed ]

 

Then when I clicked on the red X the following window popped up-

>FILE INSIGHT<

[REMOVAL FAILED FOR THIS VIRUS. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU REMOVE THIS THREAT]

 

Then when I clicked on LOCATE THIS FILE the RECYCLER Folder opened and the TRASH File was Highlighted.

 

My question is what should I do?  Do I simply Delete the TRASH file that the File insight is pointing to in the RECYCLER Folder? or is there something else I need to do?
