Last week live update stopped working. I re-installed NIS 2010 from a disk, and downloaded all the updates. Now the program is working. It now says I have a 15 day trial. I entered the prod key given when I renewed. It doesn't work.
Trying to find help is almost impossible thru the program help-support key. Is Norton trying to drive me C R A Z Y ???
