NIS 2010 ccSvcHst.exe not releasing handles....memory leak?

Running Windows 7 x64 Professional with NIS 2010 V17.0.0.136.

 

ccSvchst.exe is not releasing handles and builds up many, many over time.  This needs to be corrected.
