I´ve been using NIS 2010 for almost six´s months on 3 pc´s. I was completely satisfied until a couple of weeks ago. I was
infected for the first time on one pc with a virus Bloodhound/232 something like this the symptom was when writing in
word 2010 while word preformed auto saves the pc friezed and only after the reboot norton detected virus, and said the problem
was quarantined and resolved, but the next time i used word the story was the same.
To resolve this i deleted all temporary directories of word in APPDATA, and it solved the problem at least in word.
But then started a new one when NIS 2010 preforms silent scan or other tasks it freezes the PC and i must reset, i already
re-installed word but the problem persisted.
Does anybody has a suggestion to solve this? This is the worst time to format the pc?
None of the other 2 pc´s become infected and i sync a lot of folders between them
