When I go to a particular website that is ALREADY on the autofill exclusion list, I get the popup asking whether to add it to my login list or not.
I choose "Never", as I did before.
I then review my Exclusion list to find that not only is this site not listed immediately after excluding it, but 7 of my 14 exclusions have disappeared also.
This IS reproduceable.
NIS 2010, XP SP3, IE8
(The site is a bank, thus I am not posting URL in open forum)

Edit #2: This turns out NOT to be a NIS 2010 only issue, I Ghosted back to an old image and find the same results with NIS 2009 versions 16.5.0.135 and 16.7.2.11 also.
