I have been running NIS 2009 on my desktop PC with Windows XP SP3. I tried to update to NIS 2010 and got to the window that says "Now Installing". The progress bar shows "81% complete ... less than a minute remaining". It has been at that state for 1/2 hour. Now the system is not responding at all. The same thing happened yesterday. My only recourse is to turn the power off on my computer. When I did that yesterday, my system would not reboot. I had to resort to a clone of primary disk to get my system to work again.
What do I have to do to install NIS 2010?
