I've use Norton products for a while now. I'm installing Programs on my new Win 7 X64 system and it appears NIS is causing some problems. I usually go in and disable NIS before installing anything but occasionally this doesn't always seem to work. I've even had Software vendors suggest uninstalling Norton products before installing thier product 
...well, I'm not going to do that!
My QUESTION - is there a way in NIS 2010 to give free passage to a specific program to install so NIS won't interfere with it? Maybe there are some additional things in the GUI I need to disable that I haven't been turning off? Not really relevant but one program I'm having a problem with is Photodex ProShow Producer.
