NIS 2010 is showing apparently future actions in the History screen

A few days ago I was looking at the History page in NIS 2010 and it went from showing the history from the day before to listings that were dated almost two weeks in the future. These precognitive events were indicating that I had authorized outside access to system resources, firewall settings and other actions I certainly would not have authorized. I contacted Norton Support by chat, but the person in India seemed to barely understand American English. She could not grasp the fact that the History page was time stamping actions with a date almost two weeks in the future, she kept telling me that these were scheduled actions. But my questions still remain: Why would scheduled future actions be list as history? Why would this history skip all entries between the previous day and the future date it was using? And most worrisome, Why would it list these future actions (actions I would not have knowingly authorized) as already having been accomplished? Also, I would point out that no previous histories have ever shown dates that were future to the previous or current day. I'm sorry that I cannot give you better details of what was happening, but unfortunately my experience with the "tech" was so frustrating that I uninstalled NIS 2010 and installed MS Security Essentials as a stop gap until I could figure out what was going on in Norton, therefore I cannot duplicate the history listings nor supply any screen shots of the actual History page. I did not think to address this issue in these forums until today, my apologies.:smileysad:
