Hi Guys, Over last 2 days when NIS 2010 - 17.8.0.5 does an 'idle scan' (that's a funny term as I am using the computer at the time!!) it causes IE8 to slow to a crawl during and after the idle scan. The only solution is to close IE8 and restart it (not close the whole computer down) which takes an absolute age with 'non responsive program' IE8 coming up, and the usual reports to MS. Anybody got any ideas - running XP SP3 and there's plenty of disc space. Please don't tell me to change Explorer to your favourite!! Cheers Rob.
