Can anybody explain men who NIS 2010 that is updated every day could miss pop-up virus program "Personal Shield Pro"?
I just got this virus, which was removed remotely by a Symantec technician in India, after I paid a steep fee for the service. However, I am still not clear why frequently updated Norton Internet Security 2010 didn't block that virus.
Also, the technician told me that I have to manually run live update every day/few time per day. Why?
